Call for Abstracts
Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) invites you to submit abstract for the Journal of Foreign Affairs, Volume 2. Annually published by the Institute of Foreign Affairs, the Journal of Foreign Affairs welcomes abstract submission on Nepal’s foreign relations, diplomatic history, national interest, Nepal’s diplomatic behaviors and maneuverings at the bilateral, multilateral and regional fronts, among others.
Today, relations between the countries are being reevaluated and reassessed. Already, the existing relations between the countries are being altered, and will be transformed too, in the near future, geopolitically, economically and diplomatically, as never before. In such a context, it is essentially important to revisit Nepal’s foreign policy at the neighborhood, beyond the neighborhood, and also in the multilateral bodies and regional organizations. We believe that the Journal of Foreign Affairs fulfills that objective to some extent by encouraging abstract submission from foreign policy experts, diplomats, academicians, IR practitioners and scholars on the following themes:
a. Nepal’s Economic Diplomacy: Ambition and Reality
b. Nepal’s Public Diplomacy and its Effectiveness
c. Relevance of Non Aligned Movement for Nepal
d. Nepal’s Transition Strategy for LDC Graduation
e. Nepal’s Connected History with Neighboring Countries and its Importance in Foreign Policy
f. Assessment of Nepal’s Foreign Policy-2077
g. Nepal’s Soft Power Heritage and its Significance in Foreign Policy
h. Importance of Track II Diplomacy for Nepal
i. Nepal’s Virtual Diplomacy during Covid-19
